[origin: EP0674356A1] The individual radiator elements (E) and their associated circuit groups (Sch) are arranged on a number of substrate plates (S), contained in different planes. The radiator elements are arranged in line on each substrate plate, their associated circuit groups being supported by the same substrate plate. A relative offset is provided between the substrate plates in the different planes so that the radiator lines form a rectangular matrix. Pref. a common imaging element is provided for all the individual radiator elements, arranged in the focal surface of the imaging element. The radiator elements may be arranged along one edge of each substrate plate.
