The fibrous material layer is embedded in a transparent layer (12) that encloses both surfaces of the fibrous material layer. At least one of the boundary surfaces (14) of the transparent layer is arranged at a distance from the structured surface layer of fibrous material. The other boundary surface of the transparent layer is provided with means for mounting the decorative element to the surface.
