Abstract (en)

The system is for grinding minerals, particularly cement (4), in a tubular chamber (1). It can be sprayed at a pressure greater than 5 bar and less than 40 bar. The chamber can be divided by a partition (2) into coarse- and fine-grinding sections (1a, 1b), the material being sprayed immediately adjacent to the partition. A variable-delivery pump (8) can be used to deliver the material (4) into the chamber, while the water-soluble grinding aid can be delivered via the chamber casing or end walls, its supply being regulated to match delivery of material into the chamber.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Einbringen von Mahlhilfsmittel in eine Rohrmahlkammer (1), in der mineralisches Mahlgut (4), insbesondere Zement, gemahlen wird. Um ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen von Mahlhilfsmittel zu schaffen, mit dem ohne Steigerung der Menge des Mahlhilfsmittels eine Erhöhung des Mühlendurchsatzes bei gleichbleibender Güte des Mahlproduktes erzielt werden kann, wird mit der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, das Mahlhilfsmittel direkt auf das Mahlgut (4) aufzuspritzen. <IMAGE>
