Abstract (en)
The line has several packaging stations (12), e.g. for food products (11), particularly confectionery, like chocolate bars, etc. The stations are supplied by conveyor belts (10) and a store (14), formed by another conveyor belt (15), temporarily storing the product rows or beds. A recycling device (13) introduces the stored products (A,B,C,D) into intervals between products on the conveyor. The recycler is a conveyor belt (18), mounted on a pivoting support, with another belt (19), operating like points, also pivoting. This points belt is positioned as an extension of the first recycler belt, inserted between two of the line belt conveyors (10). A product detector (32) may be positioned at the points belt entry. <IMAGE>

La ligne de conditionnement pour des rangées ou des lits de produits, notamment des produits alimentaires et en particulier des articles de confiserie tels que des tablettes ou des barres de chocolat ou similaires, comporte un dispositif de recyclage pour réintroduire ponctuellement des produits, temporairement stockés, dans des intervalles vides existant entre les produits disposés sur des convoyeurs à bande. Ce dispositif de recyclage (13) comporte un premier ruban transporteur sans fin, dit ruban de recyclage (18), monté sur un support pivotant et un deuxième ruban transporteur sans fin, dit ruban d'aiguillage (19), également monté sur un support pivotant. Le ruban d'aiguillage (19) est agencé pour, soit se positionner dans le prolongement du ruban de recyclage (18), soit s'insérer entre deux convoyeurs à bande (10) de la ligne, et le ruban de recyclage (18) est agencé pour se positionner soit dans le prolongement du ruban d'aiguillage (19), soit dans celui du ruban transporteur du dispositif de stockage (14). <IMAGE>
