[origin: EP0675049A2] The packaging system for the transport of goods on a pallet (3) has a cover (1) for the goods. The cover has a side closure (5a) which does not damage the structure. The outer edge of a pallet plate (6) and the lower inner seam of the cover can be closed together (5b). The cover (1) material is impermeable to steam, and is a woven polyester with a PVC coating. The pallet plate (6) is fitted with a padding plate (10), impermeable to steam, of polyurethane. <IMAGE>
