The system comprises a dumper truck (2) for removal of the earth which has a conveyor (4) leading from it to a mixer (3). In front of the conveyor is provided a conditioning device (5) for the earth and is situated in the dumper truck. The conditioning device comprises a reduction device (7) positioned at its inlet for reducing the loaded earth. A rocking device (6) is included within the conveyor and is situated directly before the mixer. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Aufbereitung von ausgehobenem Erdreich zu einem standfesten Baumaterial. Um wertvolle Rohmaterialien zu schonen und die Belastung von Erddeponien gering zu halten, wird eine Vorrichtung (1) vorgeschlagen, welche einen Aufgabetisch (2) für das ausgehobene Erdreich, ein von dem Aufgabetisch (2) zu einem Mischer (3) führendes Transportband (4), eine vor dem Transportband (4) angeordnete Konditioniereinrichtung (5) für das Erdreich im Aufgabetisch (2), eine erste im Bereich der Konditioniereinrichtung (5) mündende Dosiereinrichtung (7) für ein Zugabematerial und eine zweite im Bereich des Mischers (3) mündende Dosiereinrichtung (17) für ein Zugabematerial aufweist. Mit einer derartigen Vorrichtung (1) kann der Erdaushub vor Ort oder auch in einem Zwischenlager aufbereitet werden. <IMAGE>
