Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0675566A2] The connector has an insulating body (9), for supporting and centring the inner conductor (10) within the outer conductor sleeve (2) of the connector. The insulating body has a perpendicular wall (16) with a reception opening for the inner conductor and a number of radial spring locking elements (18) on the rear side of the opening, for snap-fitting behind a locking edge (13) of the inserted inner conductor. The insulating body can be formed as a support disc or sleeve, its outer dia. corresponding to the inner dia. of the outer conductor sleeve, the transverse wall angled conically outwards on the inner conductor insertion side. <IMAGE>
