The charging rack takes the form of a grate and comprises a frame and a number of bearing parts. The frame is made from a dispersion-hardened iron- or nickel-based alloy and bearing parts are made of the same dispersion-strengthened iron- or nickel-based alloy or from silicon carbide, an oxide ceramic material, a superalloy or a steel.
