Abstract (en)
The plastics ski boot comprises a shell (1) surrounding the foot and heel. An ankle part (2) in the shape of a collar is pivoted to the shell and has a clamp (6) for fastening it around the leg. A rear rigid frame (4) ensures a good transfer of leg movements to the ski. The frame is fixed to the ankle collar so that it is symmetrical in the vertical plane containing the axis (a) of the collar extending from the heel to the front end of the boot. The frame extends the length of the collar and in its upper part (43) on the internal side of the boot. In its lower part (42) the frame extends from the side of the collar with rear collar pivoting points (3). <IMAGE>

Chaussure de ski en matière plastique constituée d'une coque (1) entourant le pied et le talon et d'un collier (2) articulé sur la coque et muni d'une armature rigide (4) destinée à assurer un bon transfert des mouvements de la jambe au ski. Cette armature est fixée au collier. Elle est asymétrique et s'étend le long du dos du collier, principalement sur le côté interne de la chaussure dans sa partie supérieure (43). <IMAGE>
