[origin: EP0677253A1] The weight-reducing, hollow cavities (3) consists of a system of interconnected air chambers, on the underside of the bed of the foot. The foot-bed (2) is air-permeable so that the shoe-s interior is connected at least on one part of the system's air-chambers. The bed of the foot with integrated air-chamber system is removable from the shoe and washable. The shoe sole (1) with smooth inserted sole is connected to a perforated insole. <IMAGE>
