Abstract (en)
The ball ring mill has a mill housing, a grinding track (6) and grinding balls (7) which are activated by an outside force and run on the grinding track. For each grinding ball a separate pressure mechanism (8) is provided for transmission of the outside force on the grinding balls. Each pressure mechanism has a ball dome surface as pressure surface acting on the grinding balls. Each pressure mechanism is connected to a common force application component. The common force application component is formed as a shaft fed with outside force and arranged centrally in relation to the rotary axis of the mill. <IMAGE>

Die Kugelringmühle weist eine Mahlbahn (6) auf, auf der Mahlkugeln (7) ablaufen und das Mahlgut zerkleinern. Zum Übertragen des Mahldrucks auf die Mahlkugeln (7) ist für jede dieser Mahlkugeln erfindungsgemäß eine separate Andruckeinrichtung (8) vorgesehen. Auf diese Weise wird eine Entkopplung der Mahlkugeln untereinander erreicht, auf eine bestimmte Mahlkugel (7) wirkende Störeinflüsse (Fremdkörperüberrollung) können nicht auf die übrigen Mahlkugeln (7) übertragen werden. <IMAGE>
