[origin: EP0677480A1] The device has a drive disc (1) which is immovably fixed in the frame (6). A tension rod (3) in the frame, as connection between the pressure rollers (4) and the fixed anchor point (5), is movably mounted. The pressure rollers are pressed radially against the periphery of the drive disc or onto the intermediate cable (2) by a force corresponding to the cable tension (T). The drive is provided by a planetary gear incorporated in the drive disc. The annular gap between the drive disc's periphery and the hole in the frame is filled by a number of roller bodies (7). <IMAGE>
