A lamp has a reflector (20) mounted a distance away from the base of the housing (12) with a long lamp inside the housing. The side walls of the housing are transparent. The reflector is connected to two opposite longer side walls, either continuously or in discrete sections. The reflector is suspended on mountings. The long sides of the reflector are folded back towards the base by an angle of more than ninety degrees and engage with stiffening ribs on the side walls. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Leuchte mit einem in Distanz zum Boden eines Leuchtengehäuses (12) angebrachten Reflektor (20), mindestens einer langgestreckten im Leuchtengehäuse (12) angeordneten Lampe, einer die Lampe übergreifenden und das Leuchtengehäuse (12) verschließenden, durchsichtigen oder durchscheinenden Leuchtenwanne bei der zur Verbesserung der Stabilität der Reflektor (20) mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden, insbesondere Längsseitenwänden des Leuchtengehäuses verbunden ist. <IMAGE>
