[origin: EP0678460A1] The device is built into the container cabinet. The cabinet in horizontal section has a rectangular or quadratic shape, whereby the inner space contains two parallel wallings (3-6). The front wall (6) can also be formed from the front wall of a rubbish collection container. In the container cabinet a frame (7) is articulately located on bars (8-11) so that it can pivot outwards laterally in two directions (12,13) at right angles to each other. The holder frame comprises two parallel crossing bearers (15-18). The bars locate on diagonals of the square, which through the link points (20-23) of the frame is tensioned. <IMAGE>
