Abstract (en)
The cot consists of a rigid frame covered by a layer (15) of a supple fabric over the sides of the frame and a mattress support (12), which is adjustable in height. The fabric layer is equipped with sliding clasp fasteners (16), enabling the surface area of the layer to be reduced, while the mattress support is connected to the lower part of the fabric layer. The fabric layer passes underneath the mattress support, which can be raised or lowered relative to the frame by means of adjustable sleeves (11) on the frame's uprights (1a,1b). The sleeves are connected to rods (7,8) which are situated beneath the mattress support and hold it up. <IMAGE>

Le lit comporte une ossature rigide recouverte d'une toile souple (15) sur ses côtés latéraux et sous un support de matelas (12, 13) réglable en hauteur au moyen de fermetures à glissière (16, 17) disposées à deux hauteurs différentes sur la périphérie de la toile (15). En fermant les fermetures à glissière (16, 17) on provoque la remontée du support de matelas (12, 13) soutenu par des tiges inférieures (8a, 8b) fixées sur des manchons coulissants (11) le lit peut également être aisément replié. <IMAGE>
