[origin: EP0679511A2] The adjustment device has an adjustment component rotatable about an axis between and positions. The adjustment component (4,12) and an indicator component (7,16) rotatably pivotable about an axis are connected together by a redn. gear which has a redn. factor transmitting the max. rotary angle of the rotatable adjustment component to at most a rotation of the indicator component. The redn. gear comprises a pinion (5,14) connected with the adjustment component and a toothed crown (6,15) driven by the pinion and connected to the indicator component. <IMAGE>
