Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0679574A1] The procedure uses a sealed container (1) which has at least one part (2B) made from material which can be pierced by a hollow needle (8R). The material has sufficient elasticity so as to be able to reseal itself after the needle has been withdrawn from it. The hollow needle is connected to a fluid supply, and as the needle punctures the material and the container is filled, it is held in an aseptic environment (7). This is achieved using a laminar flow. <IMAGE>
