The fastener has a locking element (20) which is blocked in its locking position by at least one locking body (36) in the form of a roller which is moveable across the direction in which the locking element moves between a blocking and release position. The locking body is blocked by a blocking element (30) moveable parallel to the direction in which the locking element moves. The release key (24a,b) touches one arm and the blocking element touches the other arm of a two-armed pivot mounted reversing lever. The reversing lever is mounted by an elongated hole on a bearing pin (26) on the locking element. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Verschluß für Sicherheitsgurte basiert auf der bewährten Schwenkriegel-Konstruktion und ist mit einfachen Maßnahmen strafferfest ausgerüstet. Der Schwenkriegel (16) wird in seiner Schließstellung durch eine Sperrplatte (20) gesichert. Die Sperrplatte (20) wird ihrerseits durch zwei Sperrkugeln (36) gesichert, die zwischen einer Mulde (28) in der Sperrplatte und einer parallel zur Sperrplatte verschiebbaren Blockierplatte (30) gehalten sind. Zum Öffnen des Verschlusses muß zunächst diese Blockierplatte (30) über ein massenkompensiertes System betätigt werden. Der Verschluß ist auch gegen extrem hohe Beschleunigungen in allen Richtungen gesichert. <IMAGE>
