Abstract (en)
The cap consists of a ring (7) with an inner ridge (10) to engage with a collar (3) on the bottle neck (1), and a top (8) which is connected to the ring by a hinge (15) and has a sealing skirt (13) fitting inside the bottle neck. The top and ring are joined by a tear-off security strip prior to first opening. The plastics bottle has the collar set at a specific distance from its upper rim (5) to ensure that a thrust surface (12) inside the cap presses against it. The inner skirt adjoins the thrust surface and extends into the neck of the bottle to a depth below the level of the undersurface of the collar, and the hinge is offset from the thrust surface by at least the same amount. <IMAGE>

Capsule de bouchage moulée d'une seule pièce, comprenant un anneau (7) muni intérieurement d'un bourrelet (10) pour son accrochage au col (1) du récipient à boucher, un bouchon (8) relié par une charnière (15) audit anneau (7), et muni d'une jupe d'étanchéité (13), et une bande d'inviolabilité (9) reliant le bouchon (8) à l'anneau (7) avant la première ouverture. Pour le bouchage d'un récipient comportant un col (1) avec une unique collerette d'accrochage (3), le bouchon (8) comprend une surface d'appui annulaire (12) portant sur le bord supérieur (5) du col et entourant ladite jupe (13), ladite jupe (13) fait saillie sur ladite surface d'appui (12) sur une longueur (ℓ) au moins égale à la distance (h1) séparant le flanc inférieur (4) de la collerette (3) du bord supérieur (5) du col, et la charnière est décalée par rapport à ladite surface annulaire d'appui (12), en direction de l'anneau (7), d'une valeur (h2) au moins égale à ladite distance (h1). <IMAGE>
