[origin: DE4415862C1] The object on which the invention is based is, in a device for the controlled actuation of the thread clamp of a gripper, to reduce the number of articulation points on the way from the control eccentric to the actuating element. A further object, in such a device, is to dispense largely or completely with spring elements which are necessarily present. According to the invention, this is achieved, on the one hand, in that a tracer roller 17, the free end of a link 13 carrying a control lever 10 and necessarily at least one spring element 20 engage at a common articulation point 14 of a roller lever 16 which transmits the curved movement of a single eccentric 18, and in that the link 13 is connected to the slay 1 by means of a rocker 24. The further object is achieved in that, in the device, an angle lever 16 equipped with tracer rollers 17, 29 is used instead of a spring-loaded one-armed roller lever 16 and a double eccentric 30, 31 is used instead of a single eccentric 18. <IMAGE>
