The compact motor and control drive has a control, located in a suitable housing, placed on the motor (1). Cooling surfaces for the control module extend out of the control module housing. The motor has cooling surfaces (9) formed from the plate sections of the stator packet (2). A carrier module (5) is provided. This carries the control module and also acts as a conduction system for a flow of cool air (8). The cool air stream (8) flows through the cool surfaces (6) of the control module parallel to the longitudinal axis of the compact drive and flows through the cool surfaces (9) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the motor. The carrier module (5) is closed at the back of the motor. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kompaktantrieb aus Motor und Steuerung, bei dem die in einem eigenen Gehäuse befindliche Steuerung dem Motor aufgesetzt ist und Kühlflächen der Steuerungsbaugruppe unterseitig aus dem Gehäuse der Steuerungsbaugruppe herausragen und bei dem der Motor nach der DE-PS 43 37 463 aus Blechabschnitten des Statorpaketes gebildete Kühlflächen besitzt. Dieser Antrieb ist erfindungsgemäß dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Trägerbaugruppe vorhanden ist, die die Steuerungsbaugruppe trägt und gleichzeitig als Leitsystem für einen Kühlluftstrom derart ausgebildet ist, daß der Kühlluftstrom die Kühlflächen der Steuerungsbaugruppe parallel zur Längsachse des Kompaktantriebes und die Kühlflächen des Motors quer zur Längsachse des Motors durchströmt, wobei die Trägerbaugruppe motorstirnseitig geschlossen ist. Der Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, daß durch die erfindungsgemäße Gestaltung des Kompaktantriebes sowohl eine ausreichend gesicherte Kühlung der verlustleistungsbehafteten Baugruppen als auch eine möglichst geringe Baulänge des Kompaktantriebes gewährleistet sind. <IMAGE>
