[origin: WO9417505A1] A device including a sensor (5) for sensing jamming transmissions on the frequency used by trespass sensors (8) to communicate with a central unit (7), an infrasound sensor (1) separate from the monitoring system for sensing any unauthorized entry into the area in which radio transmissions between the sensors (8) and the central unit (7) take place, and an alarm circuit (6) for enabling the alarm signal output from the jamming transmission sensor (5) to the central unit (7) after a jamming signal is sensed, if the infrasound sensor (1) senses an unauthorized entry. The device thus prevents radio communication between the sensors (8) and the central unit (7) from being jammed.
