The effective cross-section of the through-flow duct (8) can be continuously altered for metering the flow of medicine flowing to the mouthpiece (3). The through-flow duct is radially enclosed by a mouth-shield (10) as a swallowing barrier. The through-flow duct forms part of a T-shaped sectioned structure with the T-arms forming a plate-support and fixing plate (13). A duct-orifice (14) connecting the through-flow duct and the closed storage container (2) goes through the fixing plate which is fixed to the mouth-shield. <IMAGE>

Ein medizinischer Sauger (1) enthält einen verschließbaren, topfartigen Aufnahmebehälter (2) für ein Medikament. Der verschlossene Aufnahmebehälter (2) ist nach außen abgedichtet über einen Durchflußkanal (8) mit einem Mundstück (3) zum Einsaugen des flüssigen oder verflüssigten Medikaments fluidisch verbunden. Der wirksame Kanalquerschnitt des Durchflußkanales (8) ist veränderbar zur Dosierung der zum Mundstück (3) fließenden Medikamentenmenge. Der Aufnahmebehälter (2) ist am Sauger (1) schwenkbar und unverlierbar gelagert. <IMAGE>
