Abstract (en)
A plate press is claimed for the cutting station of a machine for treating plate elements, comprising an upper bolster (4) embedded on each side in the framework of the cutting station and a lower moving bolster (8) displaced vertically by some toggle joints of which the pivoting axes are oriented in the span of the lower moving bolster (8). Each toggle joint (16,18) is activated by at least one rod (20,24) connected to a brace (14). The lower moving bolster (8) is activated by only two identical toggle joints (16,18), each being symmetrical w.r.t. a median vertical plane passing through the middle of the span of the lower moving bolster. The width of each toggle joint is between one third and two thirds the width of the lower moving bolster. The brace (14) is driven by a screw and an endless screw track arranged outside the operating zone of the toggle joints (16,18). <IMAGE>

La presse à platine pour la station de découpage d'une machine de traitement d'éléments en plaque comprend un sommier supérieur (4) encastré de chaque côté dans les bâtis de la station de découpage et un sommier inférieur mobile (8) déplacé verticalement par des genouillères dont les axes de pivotement sont orientés dans la largeur du sommier inférieur mobile (8), chaque genouillère (16, 18) étant animée par au moins une bielle (20, 24) reliée à un vilebrequin (14). Le sommier inférieur mobile (8) est actionné par seulement deux genouillères identiques, une genouillère amont (16) et une genouillère aval (18), chacune étant symétrique par rapport à un plan vertical médian passant par le milieu de la largeur du sommier inférieur mobile (8), la largeur de chacune de ces genouillères (16, 18) étant comprise entre le tiers et les deux tiers de la largeur de ce sommier inférieur mobile (8). Le vilebrequin (14) est entraîné par une vis et une roue à vis sans fin disposées à l'extérieur de la zone de fonctionnement des genouillères (16, 18). <IMAGE>
