The printing plate fitting device uses a pressure roller for applying the flexible printing plate to the outside of the printing cylinder (1). The pressure roller is provided by a washing roller (4) of a washing device (3), which is adjustable to and from the printing cylinder. Pref. the washing device operates in the gap between the printing cylinder and the rubber counter-pressure cylinder (2), with the washing roller selectively brought into contact with the surface of the counter-pressure cylinder, or with the printing plate being fitted to the printing cylinder.

Beschrieben wird eine Vorrichtung zum Aufziehen flexibler Druckformen auf den Formzylinder von Druckmaschinen, insbesondere zum Aufziehen von Druckplatten bei Offsetdruckmaschinen bzw. von Druckformen bei Lackiereinrichtungen. Eine Andrückwalze, die dem Aufziehen der Druckform auf dem Formzylinder dient, soll in möglichst bautechnisch einfacher Weise aufgebaut sein. Erfindungsgemäß ist dazu vorgesehen, hierzu eine an den Formzylinder anstellbare Waschwalze einer Waschvorrichtung zu verwenden. Eine gewöhnlich dem Gummituchzylinder zugeordnete Waschvorrichtung (Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine) wird dazu beispielsweise verschwenkbar gelagert, so daß die Waschwalze zusätzlich auch an den Plattenzylinder anstellbar ist.
