Abstract (en)
The braking unit consists of a transverse oblique brush (10) pointing downwards and forwards and alternately raised and lowered by elastic elements (22) during the passage of a clamp bar; the lowering action being produced by a horizontal bar (40) acting on the upper end of an oblique arm connected to the brush's axis of rotation. On the downward movement the bush is pressed against a rear panel (54) by an obliquely-positioned front section (42) of the bar. The oblique section of the bar can be straight or curved in shape, while the brush's axle (22) is held in the same frame (50) as the panel. <IMAGE>

Un dispositif de freinage au sein d'une station de réception d'une machine de traitement d'éléments en plaque comprend une brosse transversale oblique (10) orientée vers le bas et l'aval montée en pivotement autour d'un axe (20) situé sensiblement en son bord supérieur. Cette brosse est alternativement levée en rotation par des moyens élastiques (22) lors du passage d'une barre de pinces et abaissée lors du passage d'une feuille. Pour ce, une rampe horizontale (40) descendant verticalement agit sur l'extrémité supérieure d'un bras oblique (24) orienté vers le haut et l'aval solidaire de l'axe de rotation (20) de la brosse pour presser celle-ci contre une tablette arrière (54). Plus particulièrement, la partie aval (42) de la rampe est oblique orientée vers le haut. Cette rampe peut être linéaire ou en arc de cercle et permet de diminuer automatiquement le freinage pour des formats courts d'éléments en plaque. <IMAGE>
