Abstract (en)
A process for the control of napped warp let-off entails holding the warp tension profile constant. Here the required consumption of napped warp yarn is determined from pre-held values on the basis of pattern data and used to modulate the extent of positional control. Also claimed is a terry loom for implementation of the process whereby the loom has a napped warp beam let-off device and a swivelling nap roller which are coupled together via a regulator to maintain the warp tension constant. Here there is a controller in which the pattern data are stored and which is connected by the transfer of signals to the regulator device (11) to modulate the regulating device. <IMAGE>

Bei dem Verfahren wird der Bewegungsablauf des Kettablasses geregelt, in dem der Florkettfadenverbrauch mit Vorhalt aufgrund von Musterdaten bestimmt und zur Modulation der Stellgrösse einer Regelung verwendet wird, wobei die Musterdaten frei programmierbar sind. Eine Webmaschine ist hierzu mit einer Steuereinrichtung (9) versehen, die mit der Regeleinrichtung (11) signalübertragend verbunden ist, um die Stellgrösse zu modulieren. Dadurch kann das Tuchgewicht des Gewebes eingehalten und/oder geändert werden. <IMAGE>
