Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0682149A2] The spray unit incorporates a spray gun for a paint component and a device for feed of a hardener mixt. component. The gun (1) has a nozzle (4) fitted in a holder (2) for issue of the paint component and is connected to a controlled feed device with a feed chamber (32) for determining the required amt. of hardener mixt., which apart from hardener contains at least one of the following constituents; accelerator, beads, cristobalite and sand. By using a compressed air device (24-28) of an eddy chamber (33) in the holder, the paint is so feedable through channels (12-14) that at the outlet (7) a Laval (RTM) nozzle effect occurs. <IMAGE>
