Abstract (en)
The machine has a tobacco feeder to a pin-fitted roller (34), forming a distributed fleece. A horizontal shaft (22) for the tobacco compacting with a swing drive (23,24,26) forms the feeder. To the shaft opening is associated an oscillating wiping strip (36) parallel to the axis of the pin-fitted roller. In the shaft opening region is fitted an inclined ramp (39), adjacent to the bottom sheet metal plate, bounding a drop shaft (38) extending below the pin-fitted roller. The compacting shaft has, at its rear end, downwards inclined ramp (27) in its loading region w.r.t. the shaft conveying direction. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zigarettenmaschinenverteiler mit einer Tabak aus einem Stauschacht austragenden Stiftwalze. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen leistungsfähigen Verteiler reduzierter Bauhöhe zu schaffen. Die Erfindung erreicht dieses Ziel durch einen im wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichteten Stauschacht (22), der mit einem Schwingförderantrieb (23, 24, 26) versehen ist und lückenlos die Stiftwalze (34) versorgt. Diese Anordnung ergibt ein leistungsfähiges Beschickungssystem bei relativ niedriger Bauhöhe des Verteilers. <IMAGE>
