Abstract (en)
The guide instrument (10) has controls (14,15,19,22,60) by which the implements (12,17,18) can be longitudinally moved and or turned on their lengthwise axis (33) and thereby guided precisely to the treatment point (16). The guide instrument also has fixtures (25-27) by which the implements are fixed in position and the guide instrument fixed in relation to the operating table. The guide instrument has a fixture tube (11) in which a guide tube (12) is precision-guided with an angled, nearby end piece (13). The implements can comprise an endoscope or micro-endoscope (18) with integrated laser probe (17). <IMAGE>

Es wird zur perutenen Behandlung von Gewebeteilen, insbesondere Bandscheiben ein Führungsinstrument (10) vorgeschlagen, das im wesentlichen aus einem Führungsrohr (12) mit einem abwinkelbaren Endstück(13) und Betätigungseinrichtungen (14, 15, 19, 22, 24) besteht, die am distalen Ende mit dem Führungsrohr verbunden sind und zum Abwinkeln des Endstückes, sowie für den Vorschub von im Rohr geführten Instrumentarien (17, 18) dienen. <IMAGE>
