Abstract (en)
The second lifting device (9) for depositing a casting (36) is driven in contrary rotation to the first lifting device (30) with the same stroke (X). The two lifting devices are formed of double-acting piston-cylinder arrangements separately operated by pressure media. The first lifting cylinder (28) is suspended from the mounting (16) of the suction-head (18). The piston (32) is joined to the suction plate (24) by its piston rod (34). The knife frame (20) is fixed to the mounting. Between the mounting, cylinder, knife-frame and suction plate is a space (25) sealed from the exterior and possessing a connection (22) for vacuum or pressurised air. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Vorrichtung zum Ablegen eines auf einer Presse geformten Formlings aus einem bildsamen Material hat einen Saugkopf (18) mit Saugplatte (24), welche den Formling mittels Unterdruck in einem Druckmittel hält und bei Erhöhen des Drucks in dem Druckmittel auf mindestens den Umgebungsdruck den Formling zum Ablegen freigibt. Erfindungsgemäß hat der Saugkopf (18) eine erste Hubvorrichtung (30) für die Saugplatte (24) und ist selbst an einer zweiten Hubvorrichtung (9) befestigt, die gleichzeitig und gegenläufig zu der ersten Vorrichtung mit gleichem Hub X wie diese betreibbar ist. <IMAGE>
