Abstract (en)
The printer cylinder (1) comprises a mounting which contains rings (11-13) inside one another. At least one ring (12) is eccentrically positioned so that when it turns it can displace the axle of the printer cylinder. While the sleeve is being changed, the ring is secured against turning, especially by being connected to the pin (2). The eccentric ring contains a further eccentric ring (17) mounted on rollers. The eccentric ring (12) is in the form of a bushing (18) to which a rod (19) is fixed pivot mounted on the pin of the printer cylinder. The bushing contains the first half (22) of a clutch (23) whose second half (26) is fixed to the end side of the pin. The first clutch half has a peripheral groove into which fits a fork (28) mounted in the bushing. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Druckwerkszylinder (1) einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, der mit seinen Zapfen (2, 3) in Seitenwänden (4, 5) gelagert ist, wobei durch eine Öffnung (6) der Seitenwand (4) nach Freilegung der Lagerung (10) eine Hülse (31) auf den oder von dem Druckwerkszylinder (1) schiebbar ist. Um eine gute Druckqualität zu erzielen, besteht die Lagerung (10) aus mehreren ineinander liegenden Ringen (11, 12, 13), von denen mindestens einer (12) exzentrisch ausgebildet ist, in der Weise, daß er im Betriebszustand bei seiner Verdrehung die Achse des Druckwerkszylinders verschieben kann, und während des Hülsenwechsels der genannte Ring (12) gegen Verdrehung fixiert wird. <IMAGE>
