The air outlet has an internal pipe (2) located concentrically in the perforated housing (1) and pref. equipped with a partition (4). Adjustment facilities for changing the cross-section and for air flow guidance are provided in the housing, and the base (5) of the unit pref. can be opened. Above the internal pipe, and/or in the pipe, or in the central opening of the partition, an iris diaphragm, hinged diaphragm, hinged valve or a pair of opposed hinged plates are provided to change the flow passage. <IMAGE>
