Abstract (en)
The carrier(4) is fixed detachably at a movable machine arm(68), so that it can be moved relative to the object(2) to be coated. All the fluid lines(56,58...) and all the electric leads(62,64), for supplying the gun barrels(6,8) with fluid esp. coating material and the electric power, are connected detachable at the carrier(4), and are connected operationally with the gun barrels(6,8...). The fluid lines and the electric leads are supplied to the carrier as a group of lines on a second carrier side(34). An internal fluid duct(16) is provided for the coating material, and at least one internal electric circuit part(18) for the high voltage electrode(14), leading out to the respective spray nozzles(12).

Elektrostatische Sprühvorrichtung für Beschichtungsmaterial zum Sprühbeschichten von Gegenständen. Ein einziger Träger (4) trägt mehrere Pistolenläufe (6, 8), so daß der Träger (4) zusammen mit den Pistolenläufen Sprühpistolen bildet. Die Pistolenläufe (6, 8) sind lösbar am Träger (4) befestigt. Die Versorgungsleitungen (54, 56, 58, 60, 62, 64, 78) sind zu einem Leitungsbündel zusammengefaßt und auf der von den Pistolenläufen (6, 8) abgewandten Seite des Trägers (4) durch einen bewegbaren Roboterarm (68) in Armlängsrichtung hindurchgeführt. Die Sprühdüsen (12) sind vorzugsweise Schlitzdüsen mit schräg zu ihrer theoretischen Verbindungslinie angeordneten Schlitzen.
