Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0684361A1] The draw and swivel device comprises at least two turning elements in the form of rocker discs (6,7) which are mounted on a common draw-up shaft (2). The turning area is restricted by end stops. A common locking slider (14) forms the intermediate stops. The ends (10-13) of the swivel members of an upper and lower blind area are attached to the rocker discs. By turning the discs the swivel members are raised on one side and lowered on the other causing swivel movement of all of the slats connected to the swivel members. The end stops for the two turning elements are arranged so that in one end position all slats of both areas are in the closed position and in the other end position all slats are in the fully opened positioned. The intermediate stop is arranged so that when the turning elements stop the slats of the upper blind are opened and the slats of the lower blind are partially closed. <IMAGE>
