Abstract (en)
The assembly consists of a plate (1) at each end of the shutter's upper edge, equipped with lugs (7) and locking elements (11). The plate also has a central aperture with a flange (13) on each side to receive a connecting link (14) on the upper edge of the shutter. The plate can be made from either metal or plastics with a curved cross-section, and has a slot (6) in each end. Each of the lugs projects at right angles to the axis of the shutter drive drum (2) and engages with a slot (9) in it. The shutter connecting link is attached to the plate by a pin (16) passing through the link and engaging with holes (15) in the flanges. <IMAGE>
