[origin: EP0685191A1] The clip (4) pivots (5) on the back of the seat frame (1), while its other end engages in notches (9,10) in the end of the back frame (3). A spring (7) moves the clip and lies between the end of the clip (6) and a point (8) on the seat frame. When the back frame is its horizontal position the clip engages in a recess (12), beyond the notches. The depth of the recess is sufficient to prevent any contact of the end of the clip with the edge (11) of the back frame. <IMAGE>
