Abstract (en)
The fixed drum (1) contains a rotor (6) fitted with mixing arms (7) and paddles (8), and empties at the base through double doors (10,11). The drum and corresp. drives are fastened to an under body structure (2) immediately below. The opening angle of the doors is smaller than the angle of slope of the charge; they are secured when closed, by the central bar catch (15). They (10,11) swing up on symmetrically disposed bearings (12,13), making a horizontal tangent with the base of the drum. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Chargenmischer besteht im wesentlichen aus den einfach zu trennenden Hauptbaugruppen Mischbehälter (1), Bodengruppe (2) und Antriebssektion (3). Die Innenwandung des Mischbehälters ist vollkommen glatt. Am Boden des Mischbehälters sind als Teil der Bodengruppe zwei Klappen (10,11) angeordnet, deren Öffnung kleiner als der Böschungswinkel ist und ohne produktflusshemmende Stege von Stirnwand zu Stirnwand reicht. Ein Entlüftung der darunterliegenden Gutaufnahme ist nicht erforderlich. <IMAGE>
