Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0685302A1] The tool has hand-held pliers (1), coupled via a pressure line (9) to a portable electrically-driven hydraulic pump (5). The pump is operated via a control switch (19), connected to a control line (12), extending between the hand-held pliers and the pump. Pref. the pliers have at least one grip surface (18), with the control switch incorporated in the pliers adjacent the grip surface, so that it is operated automatically upon the grip surface being released, for cut-off of the pump drive. <IMAGE>
