Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0685585A1] Weft yarn (7) is inserted into the rotor of a multiphase weaving machine through a weft prepn. section (6) by a feeding device (4) which determines the weft speed. A yarn store (4a) holds sufficient yarn for the full fabric width. The feeding device can be reversed to draw weft (7) from the weft preparation section (6). If a fault occurs, the weft is either fully inserted or fully withdrawn from the shed. <IMAGE>
