Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0685613A1] The device comprises a spike part (2) inserted at one end in one component, and a sleeve part (3) inserted in the second component. The spike part is provided at least in part and preferably all round with a covering (20) of sound-absorbing elastic material such as rubber. The spike part can be a centrally mounted solid or hollow section rod. Where hollow the ends can be sealed and the interior filled with sand. The end (6) of the spike inserted in the component can have yokes (5) fixed on a U-shaped clamping member (4) which slides on to the spike where it is fixed by a clamping screw. <IMAGE>
