Abstract (en)
The male element of the connector is based on a square flange (4) with an externally threaded collar (5) and sealing ring on one side, and pins (2) protruding from the other side for insertion into an opening (7) in the female element (6). Beyond the opening a small printed circuit board (8) with projecting teeth or solder tags (10) is slid into opposite and parallel grooves (9) until an array of plated through holes (20) is correctly positioned opposite the pins. The tags correspond positionally to a row of holes in a cover plate (11) for the female element. <IMAGE>

Bei einem Steckverbinder mit einem Steckerstifte (2) aufweisenden Stecker (1) und einem Einsteckgehäuse (6), welches eine Einstecköffnung (7) und eine im Einsteckgehäuse (6) angeordnete Leiterplatte (8) mit durchkontaktierten Bohrungen (20) aufweist, die die Steckerstifte (2) aufnehmen, ergibt sich eine sehr einfache mit geringem Montageaufwand fertigbare Anordnung bei sicherer und zuverlässiger Ausrichtung der Steckerstifte auf die durchkontaktierten Bohrungen der Leiterplatte dadurch, daß der Stecker (1) und das Einsteckgehäuse (6) jeweils zueinander komplementäre Positionierungselemente (4, 14) aufweisen. <IMAGE>
