Abstract (en)
The device includes a drive which applies a variable force and a transmission which converts the drive force into a pretensioning force acting on the roller to counter the bending load. The transmission has a rotatable crank which connects with roller in the area of the journals and which extend, on the machine frame side of the journal bearing or between the bearing and the frame. The transmission has a device attached to the frame and the drive crank which can apply a compressive or tensile load. The device is pref. in the form of a rigid plate which can lock the crank at a pre-set angle. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Vorrichtung zur Reduzierung der Zylinderdurchbiegung eines unter einer Biegebelastung stehenden Zylinders einer Rotationsdruckmaschinen wird auf einen Zylinderzapfen, eine der Biegebelastung entgegen wirkende Vorspannkraft aufgebracht. Hierzu weist die Vorspannvorrichtung einen Antrieb zum Aufbringen einer veränderbaren Antriebskraft und ein Getriebe auf, mit dem die Antriebskraft in die erforderliche Vorspannkraft umgewandelt wird, die den in den jeweiligen Betriebszuständen des Zylinders herrschenden Biegebelastungen entgegen wirkt. <IMAGE>
