[origin: US5566615A] A printing plate end clamping apparatus engages generally Z-shaped beveled plate ends of a printing plate. A pair of spaced plate end securing flanges and a central clamping bar are shaped to cooperatively engage and sandwich the beveled plate ends. The printing plate is secured to the cylinder in a shape conforming manner.
