[origin: EP0686581A1] The combined device has a locking element (5a) at the top of the rubbish container, displaced between an open position and a locked position in dependence on at least one operating element (8a). There is a support element (4a) at the base of the rubbish container. The support element is pivoted between a working position and a rest position via the operating element, which acts on both the locking element and the support element at a point outside its rotation point (6a,15a). Pref. the operating element acts on the locking device at a point behind its rotation point and acts on the support element at a point in front of its rotation point. <IMAGE>
