Abstract (en)
The moving coil assembly of a loudspeaker unit is produced with the windings formed on a tubular carrier (10) the axis of which forms that of the loudspeaker. The coil windings (14) are separated from each other by layers of insulation that are of a high temperature resistant polymer. The outer surface of the carrier tube also has a layer of insulation. The bonding of the curves of the coil with the carrier is produced by ultrasonic welding, with the assembly supported between electrodes (19, 20). <IMAGE>

Gemäß dem Stand der Technik werden Schwingspulen 14 von Lautsprechern mit dem Schwingspulenträger 10 so verbunden, daß der Spulendraht 13, welcher mit einer Isolierschicht 15 und einer Backlackschicht versehen ist, zunächst um den Schwingspulenträger 10 gewickelt wird und dann in einem Temperaturprozeß eine Verbindung der Backlackbeschichtungen herbeigeführt wird. Der Schwingspulenträger 10 kann dabei ebenfalls mit Backlack beschichtet sein. Hierbei wird aber als nachteilig erachtet, daß der Temperaturprozeß relativ langwierig ist und daß die gebildete Backlackverbindung nur bis etwa 150 Grad Celsius temperaturstabil ausgebildet werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß wird daher eine Verbindung von Schwingspulenträger 10 und Schwingspulendraht 13 angegeben, bei welcher lediglich die aus einem hochtemperaturfesten Polymer-Material gebildete Isolierung 15, 16 von Schwingspulendraht 13 und Schwingspulenträger 10 durch Anwendung der Ultraschallschweißtechnik verbunden werden. Derartige Anordnungen sind bis etwa 400 Grad Celsius temperaturstabil. <IMAGE>
