[origin: EP0688527A1] The holder (11) has a housing (12) receiving a number of alternate mouthpieces (6,8,9,10), which can be fitted to a handgrip of the dental cleaning device. The mouthpieces are accessible via an opening (20) in the housing fitted with a removable cover (42) and supported by an insert (21), which pivots between a stowed position and an access position, in which it partially projects through the housing opening. Pref. the pivot mounting for the insert is provided in part by a side section (16) of the housing, with the mounting having separable parts, which are separated from one another when the insert is displaced into the access position. <IMAGE>
