Abstract (en)
The present invention provides a structured paste which is substantially free of LAS and which is suitable for processing into a high bulk density, high active granular detergent. Surfactant pastes of the present invention have a viscosity of at least 10 Pa.s (measured at 70 DEG C and 25 sec<-><1>) and comprise: from 30% to 90% by weight of anionic surfactant; from 0% to 50% by weight of nonionic surfactant; from 0.5% to 20% by weight of either a polymeric cationic material or a polar amino acid; and from 1% to 40% by weight of water. pas
