Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a plate made of a plastic foam for containing meat, fish or the like foodstuffs. The plate is provided with a bottom (1) and with side walls (2) joining the bottom at its circumference and extending upwards therefrom. The plate is at its bottom side covered with a fluid impermeable foil (5) attached to the plate. The fluid impermeable foil is integral with foil parts (6) sealing the side walls against the permeation of fluid. Further said foil extends over the upper edges (8) of the plate. <MATH>
