Abstract (en)
A reaction prod., contg. carbamoylsulphonate gps., from (A) an organic polyisocyanate, (B) a polyether alcohol with 40-100 mols.% of polyethylene oxide units in a sequence length of 5-70, in amt. of 0.01-0.4 equivs. (as OH gps.) w.r.t. 1 NCO gp., opt. (C) other components reactive with NCO gps., and (D) NH4 or alkali (bi)sulphites, is used as a tanning agent.
